Digital MARKETING
for Real Estate
A structured webinar programme covering the tools, platforms, and analytical methods that property professionals use to attract buyers and vendors online — including real estate market trends in regional cities as a core analytical module.
Six modules,
STRUCTURED
sequentially
Each module builds on the previous one. The sequence moves from market analysis through to paid acquisition and measurement — no topic is treated in isolation.
Reading the Market Before You Spend
Covers how to interpret demand data, listing velocity, and price movement in both national and local property markets. Participants learn to distinguish genuine signals from seasonal noise — a skill that shapes every subsequent marketing decision.
Regional Cities — Separate Dynamics
Real estate market trends in regional cities follow patterns that national dashboards obscure. This module examines specific indicators — absorption rate, days on market, local employer activity — and how to translate them into positioning language for listings and campaigns.
Property SEO Without the Guesswork
Search visibility for property listings depends on specific technical and content factors that differ from general SEO. This session covers schema markup for listings, neighbourhood-level keyword targeting, and how Google treats real estate pages differently from e-commerce.
Visual Content That Converts
Photography briefing, video walkthrough structure, and platform-specific format requirements are covered in practical terms. The session includes a comparison of performance data across listing types to show which visual approaches produce more qualified enquiries.
Paid Channels for Property Leads
Meta and Google Ads for real estate require audience logic that differs from retail advertising. This module covers custom intent audiences, retargeting sequences for long buying cycles, and budget allocation across campaign types without overspending on broad reach.
Measurement and Iteration
Attribution in real estate is complicated by long decision timelines. The final session covers how to set up tracking that accounts for multi-touch journeys, which metrics matter for lead quality versus volume, and how to present results to clients or stakeholders clearly.
How the SESSIONS run
Each broadcast opens with a 10-minute market brief — current data relevant to the session topic, sourced from publicly available property indices.
The main presentation runs for 60 minutes and is structured around three to four concrete scenarios rather than abstract theory. Instructors work through real campaign setups, actual listing pages, and specific tool configurations so participants can replicate the steps in their own accounts.
A 20-minute Q&A follows, with questions moderated from the live chat. Questions submitted before the session are prioritised.
Recordings are available within 24 hours. Participants who join live receive a summary document with the key references, tool links, and data sources used during the session.
Who is this programme suited for?
Estate agents, property developers, and marketing coordinators who manage or plan to manage digital channels for real estate businesses. Some prior familiarity with online marketing is helpful but not required.
Are regional property markets covered separately from national trends?
Yes. Module 02 is dedicated entirely to real estate market trends in regional cities, examining how local demand signals differ from national averages and how to position listings accordingly.
What if I cannot attend a session live?
Recordings are accessible after each session. The live Q&A is not replicated in the recording, but written summaries of the questions and answers are included in the session document.
